How can we help?

Everything you need to send invoices, get paid, and run your online store with Invoise.

Getting started

Invoise works with your Noqoody merchant account — there is no separate registration. If you can log in to the Noqoody portal, you can use Invoise.

  1. Open the Invoise app and enter your Noqoody username and password.
  2. On first sign-in, Invoise connects your merchant account and payment project automatically.
  3. You stay signed in on this device — no password needed on the next launch.
Tip: tick Save credentials on the login screen to prefill your details after a logout. They are stored encrypted by Windows/macOS — never as plain text.

Forgot your password? Reset it at members.noqoodypay.com — Invoise never stores it.

Dashboard

Your business at a glance:

  • Collected — everything paid to you, with this month's total and a 6-month trend.
  • Outstanding — money awaiting payment, and how many documents it spans.
  • Collections chart — paid amounts per month; hover any bar for exact figures.
  • Documents by status — how your invoices and links are distributed.
  • Recent payments & top customers — who paid and who buys most.

Creating and sending an invoice

  1. Go to InvoicesNew invoice.
  2. Pick an existing customer or add a new one (name plus an email or mobile).
  3. Add your items — quantity × unit price is calculated live. Add a discount per line or on the whole invoice if needed.
  4. Choose the payment plan (see below), tick Email and/or SMS, and send immediately or schedule a date and time.
  5. Click Create & send. Your customer receives a payment link within a minute.

Open any invoice to see its payment plan, per-payment status, message delivery log, and actions: Copy link, Resend, Cancel.

Payment plans

Standard

One payment for the full amount. The customer pays once and the invoice is settled.

Installment

Split the total into 2–12 monthly payments. Invoise sends each installment's payment link automatically on its due date — you do nothing after the first send. The plan and each installment's status are visible inside the invoice.

Deposit

Collect a down payment now and the balance later. When you deliver the goods or complete the work, open the invoice and press Request balance — the balance link goes out immediately.

Good to know: every payment link your customer receives is a short branded link (invoise.com/pay/…) that opens Noqoody's secure payment page — cards, wallets and mobile payment.

Customers

Your built-in customer book. Every invoice or link you send is attached to a customer, and their record accumulates automatically:

  • Contact details (name, email, mobile, company, address).
  • Totals — invoiced, paid, and due.
  • Full document history.

Sending to someone new? Fill their details right inside the invoice form — they're saved as a customer automatically.

My Store

A mini online shop at your-name.invoise.com — perfect for selling through Instagram, WhatsApp and social media.

  1. Open My Store and create your store — choose the name and your store link.
  2. In Settings, upload your logo and a wide banner.
  3. Add categories, then items with photos (up to 5 each), a price, and an optional discounted price (shown with a strikethrough).
  4. Press Publish store — your store is live. Copy the link and share it.
Note: while the store is unpublished, visitors see "Store not found". Publish/unpublish any time from the store page.

Store orders

Customers browse your store, add items to the cart, enter their name, mobile and delivery address, and pay online. You get:

  • A notification the moment an order is placed and again when it's paid.
  • The full order in My Store → Orders: items, amounts, buyer contact and delivery address.
  • A Mark delivered button to close the loop after delivery.

Prices are always taken from your store at the moment of checkout — customers can never alter them.

Notifications

When an invoice is paid or an order comes in, Invoise shows a desktop notification even if you're working in another app, and keeps the full list under the bell icon with an unread badge. Payments are detected automatically — usually within a minute.

Settings

  • Theme — light or dark; also switchable from the ☾ button in the title bar.
  • Language — English or العربية (full right-to-left layout). Invoices and messages are sent in the app's language.
  • Account — business name and contact details shown to your customers.

FAQ

Where does the money go?

Directly to your Noqoody merchant account — Invoise never holds your funds. Settlement follows your Noqoody agreement.

My customer says they didn't receive the invoice.

Open the invoice — the delivery log shows each email/SMS and its status. Use Resend, or Copy link and share it via WhatsApp or any channel.

Can I cancel an invoice?

Yes, any unpaid invoice — open it and press Cancel. Pending payment links are voided; already-paid amounts are unaffected.

What if an installment isn't paid?

The link stays valid and Invoise keeps checking for payment. You can also resend that specific installment from the invoice.

Is my password stored anywhere?

No. Sign-in is verified directly with Noqoody. If you enable Save credentials, they're encrypted by your operating system on your device only.
