Your business at a glance:
Open any invoice to see its payment plan, per-payment status, message delivery log, and actions: Copy link, Resend, Cancel.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Created but not sent — still editable. |
| Scheduled | Will be sent automatically at the chosen time. |
| Sent | Delivered to the customer, awaiting payment. |
| Partially paid | Some installments/deposit paid, more remaining. |
| Paid | Fully collected. 🎉 |
One payment for the full amount. The customer pays once and the invoice is settled.
Split the total into 2–12 monthly payments. Invoise sends each installment's payment link automatically on its due date — you do nothing after the first send. The plan and each installment's status are visible inside the invoice.
Collect a down payment now and the balance later. When you deliver the goods or complete the work, open the invoice and press Request balance — the balance link goes out immediately.
A payment link is a lightweight invoice: a description and an amount, no line items. It supports the same three payment plans and the same email/SMS delivery — ideal for quick charges, services, or social-media sales.
Create one under Payment links → New payment link, or copy the link from its detail view and share it anywhere yourself.
Your built-in customer book. Every invoice or link you send is attached to a customer, and their record accumulates automatically:
Sending to someone new? Fill their details right inside the invoice form — they're saved as a customer automatically.
A mini online shop at your-name.invoise.com — perfect for selling through Instagram, WhatsApp and social media.
Customers browse your store, add items to the cart, enter their name, mobile and delivery address, and pay online. You get:
Prices are always taken from your store at the moment of checkout — customers can never alter them.
When an invoice is paid or an order comes in, Invoise shows a desktop notification even if you're working in another app, and keeps the full list under the bell icon with an unread badge. Payments are detected automatically — usually within a minute.
Directly to your Noqoody merchant account — Invoise never holds your funds. Settlement follows your Noqoody agreement.
Open the invoice — the delivery log shows each email/SMS and its status. Use Resend, or Copy link and share it via WhatsApp or any channel.
Yes, any unpaid invoice — open it and press Cancel. Pending payment links are voided; already-paid amounts are unaffected.
The link stays valid and Invoise keeps checking for payment. You can also resend that specific installment from the invoice.
